Andrew Hodgson

Chief Executive


Management Strategy, Operational Excellence, Extensive engineering services experience

Andrew has just recently joined the business as our Chief Executive with a wealth of managerial experience and a background in engineering experiences.

As CEO of Beck and Pollitzer, Andrew will be overseeing all areas of the business in both the UK and the 13 countries we operate in worldwide. Andrew joins Beck and Pollitzer at an exciting time in its development and will be leading the growth of the business into new markets and sectors.

Charles Matthews



Extensive Industry and Corporate experience specialised in Automotive industry

Charles Matthews joined the Board in a Non Executive Chairman role to support both the Investors and the operational Directors and managers. He brings a vast amount of experience in many areas of manufacturing industries and in particular the Automotive industry.

Charles is Non Executive Chairman of the Board of Porvair plc.He is also Chairman of Norican Group Aps. He was previously Non Executive Director of FKI plc, Chief Executive of Cosworth. Managing Director of Rolls Royce and Bentley Motor Cars and a member of the Vickers Group plc Executive Board.

Fraser Runciman

Group Finance Director

Fraser Runciman joined the Board of Beck and Pollitzer as Group Finance Director taking over responsibility for finance and business support services. Fraser comes with a wealth of experience from working in large and medium sized corporations, he has held senior positions in finance and general management in BAe Systems and General Dynamics Inc.

Additionally he ran his own consultancy for 7 years specialising in business change and value creation, before joining Beck and Pollitzer.

Romain Prouvost

Group Director – UK & France

A French national, who is now based in London and works from our Dartford Head Office, Romain first worked for the Company while undertaking his Masters in Industrial Engineering at the Polytechnic of Grenoble, France. He then went on to complete a second Masters degree at the Polytechnic of Madrid before returning to Beck and Pollitzer to manage a number of high profile projects.

Romain has overseen a great number of projects across the whole of Europe for the Company for key clients and in various industrial sectors. In 2010 went on to further his education by completing an MBA at London Business School after which he returned to Beck and Pollitzer and joined the Main Board with responsibility for all of the UK based operations together with France, Italy and now our latest subsidiary in Pune, India.

Janusz Lach

Group Director – Europe

A qualified Marine Engineer by trade Janusz Lach has worked for Beck and Pollitzer for over 12 years and has been fundamental in the development of the Companies operations right across Central and Eastern Europe. A Polish national who lives in Gliwice, Poland and is based at our main Central European offices at Sosnowiec near Katowice.

Following great success in his native Poland Janusz has managed the growth and expansion of the business right across Eastern Europe including Russia and Ukraine and now overseas our operations in nine countries including Germany and Turkey as well as Eastern Europe. Janusz jojned the Board in June 2011 as Group Operations Director for the region.

Tim Marshall

Health & Safety Manager


H&S and Quality systems in the engineering & manufacturing sectors

Tim is a Chartered Occupational Health, Safety, Quality management professional with a wide ranging background in manufacturing & engineering. Over the last 20 years Tim developed an extensive knowledge of legislation and best practice gained in a variety of sectors including; aerospace, heavy industry, power generation (fossil fuels & nuclear), food, pharmaceutical and Chemical industries.

Tim is able to communicate effectively at all levels, from the boardroom through to shop floor, having a fantastic record of developing and implementing HSE initiatives and projects, as well as developing, implementing and maintaining Health and Safety and Quality Management Systems (including BS OHSAS: 18001, ISO:9100, ISO: 9001).

With his pragmatic approach and sense of humour Tim is a safety professional who adds value to every project, ensuring that our high standards of health and safety are always maintained.

Beck & Pollitzer recruit a wide range of roles every year. These range from mechanical and electrical installation fitters/riggers to project supervisors and engineers.
